🏋 Workout App
Your daily training log. Tap the day tabs (MON, TUE, SUN, FRI) to switch days. The app automatically shows today's tab if it's a training day.
- Tap + Log Set to record a set — enter weight and reps, then tap ✓ when done
- The last session's numbers are shown above each exercise so you know what to beat
- Tap ▶ Play to watch the exercise video
- Tap ✏ to rename an exercise, ✗ to hide it
- Tap Export Workout when done to save the session
- Tap ☁️ to sync your data to the server — use this to back up or switch devices
📥 Video Inbox
Save YouTube videos you want to watch or add to the exercise library later.
- Paste a YouTube URL or embed code into the box and tap Save to Inbox
- Tap → Library on any video card to add it to the exercise library with a custom name and muscle tags
- Tap Save to Server to back up your inbox so it's never lost when clearing your browser
📚 Exercise Library
Manage all exercises and their videos, muscle groups, and settings.
- Use the search bar and filters to find exercises by muscle, equipment, or category
- Click any exercise card to edit its name, prescription, coaching notes, and video
- Use + Add New Exercise to add to the library
- Tap Save All Changes when done — changes are not live until saved
🏗 Programme Builder
Create and manage workout programmes and the exercises in each day.
- Select a programme from the dropdown
- Use ↑ ↓ buttons to reorder exercises within a day
- Tap + Add Exercise to add from the library
- You can create multiple programmes (e.g. MMA, BJJ-only, Strength block)
⚙️ Settings
Set your name, weight and height (used for future features). Use the Text Size − / + buttons to make the app easier to read — the size applies across all pages.
🔒 Login & Password Reset
The app is private and requires a sign-in. If you forget your password, tap Forgot your password? on the login screen. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
